Mindfulness Training
Structured mindfulness practice for regulating the nervous system, building self-awareness, and meeting life with more steadiness.
Mindfulness is a way of paying attention on purpose, without judgment, to what is happening right now. It is a skill, not a personality trait. It can be learned, practiced, and refined.
What we teach
We offer individual mindfulness training and small-group instruction grounded in established evidence-based approaches; including practices drawn from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). The aim is to help you build a practice that fits your life and that you can actually sustain.
What it can help with
- Regulating the nervous system in times of stress
- Working skillfully with anxiety, rumination, and difficult emotions
- Building self-awareness and self-compassion
- Creating space between a feeling and a reaction
Who it's for
Anyone interested in building a practical, sustainable mindfulness practice; whether brand new or returning after a break. No prior meditation experience is required.
