Supervision at Lucent is a space for growing clinicians to reflect, learn, and develop their work in community with a supervisor who takes the relationship seriously.

How it works

Supervision is offered by Andrea Bigenho, LPC, clinical director of Lucent Counseling. Sessions are individual or small-group, depending on fit. We work with the cases you bring, the questions you're holding, and the clinician you are becoming.

What to expect

  • Ethical, relational, and practical guidance
  • A nonjudgmental space to examine your work
  • Feedback grounded in evidence-based practice and lived clinical wisdom
  • Support for navigating the real-world realities of early clinical work

Who it's for

Counselors-in-training working toward licensure and early-career clinicians seeking thoughtful, relationally grounded supervision.

If you're interested in supervision, reach out and we'll set up a conversation to talk about fit, logistics, and what you're hoping for.
