Art therapy uses the act of making, including drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, and more as part of the therapeutic process. It is not about producing "good" art. It is about using your hands and eyes to access what words sometimes can't reach.

How it works

You work alongside a trained art therapist who helps you explore what arises in the making. Sometimes the image is the whole point. Sometimes it's a doorway into conversation. Often both.

No prior experience with art is needed. The work is yours to keep, share, destroy, or never look at again.

What it can help with

  • Processing grief, trauma, and difficult life experiences
  • Nervous system regulation and emotional release
  • Self-discovery and identity work
  • Moments when talking feels stuck or insufficient

Who it's for

Adults, adolescents, and anyone who finds that words alone aren't quite getting them where they need to go.
